A whole beef package is your very best value. It is our lowest price per pound package and it gives you complete control over what you want in your beef package. We work with you hand in hand to help you decide what cuts you want and how you want them packaged.
- Approx 800lbs hanging weight giving you approx 520lbs take home beef and will last 52 weeks (10lbs/ week).
- Recommended for large families with 2 Adults and 2-3 Children
- Will fill most of a large upright freezer (20 cu.ft.)
Bulk pricing includes custom cutting and wrapping.
Pasture-Raised, Grain Finished
Spring River’s cattle are grown on grass and finished on a forage and barley ration. This combination yields a superbly marbled, tender, and flavour-packed finished product.
Antibiotic and Hormone Free
We do not use any added hormones and all our beef is antibiotics free.
Dry Aged
Our beef is butchered at sixteen to twenty-two months of age, weighing an average of 800 lbs on the rail. Once harvested, we then age the meat for twenty-one days to increase flavour and tenderness.

Government Inspected
All beef is butchered and processed by a fully licensed, government inspected facility.
Fair Price
In order to ensure you receive a fair price, we price each cut of meat by weight. You only pay for what you get. This is why the final price of some orders is adjusted based on the final weight of your specific order.
