A long, narrow, and lean muscle located within the Loin which is the most tender cut of beef available. The Tenderloin is the source of Tenderloin Steak or Filet Mignon, and is a component of T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks.
Bulk pricing includes custom cutting, wrapping, and delivery.
Pasture-Raised, Grain Finished
Spring River’s cattle are grown on grass and finished on a forage and barley ration. This combination yields a superbly marbled, tender, and flavour-packed finished product.
Antibiotic and Hormone Free
We do not use any added hormones and all our beef is antibiotics free.
Dry Aged
Our beef is butchered at sixteen to twenty-two months of age, weighing an average of 780 lbs on the rail. Once harvested, we then age the meat for twenty-one days to increase flavour and tenderness.

Government Inspected
All beef is butchered and processed by a fully licensed, government inspected facility.

In order to ensure you receive a fair price, we price each cut of meat by weight. You only pay for what you get. This is why the final price of some orders is adjusted based on the final weight of your specific order.
