Choose your cuts, the thickness of your steaks, and the size of your roasts. All of our beef is dry-aged for twenty-one days in order to enhance the flavour and tenderness without it getting too strong of a flavour. If you enjoy a variety of meat cuts, then this is the way to keep your freezer stocked up year-round. Ordering Bulk Beef is the most economical way to fill your freezer. 

Steps To Ordering Bulk:

  1. Decide if you would like a ¼, ½ or whole cow from the options below.
  2. Put down a deposit – $250 for ¼, $500 for ½, $1000 for a whole cow.
  3. Once we know your beef’s “hanging weight” we will forward you an invoice with the remaining balance, due on delivery.
  4. All of our beef is dry-aged for 21 days before delivery. During that time, we will contact you to go over cutting instructions.
  5. Once your beef is ready we will be in touch to arrange delivery!
